Spicy Zebra is Directed by El Jude, who has been working within Social Care for 20 years. Recently El has worked as the Group Head: Autism within one of the largest social care and education companies, developing strategies, training and complex care management, with the organisation providing care and support to over 3000 people in the UK. During this period of time, El supported the organisation to embrace the standards of the Autism Education Trust into their education services. Prior to this El has worked as National Autism Lead, Operations Director and Regional Manager within Social Care. In addition to these roles El holds an MeD in autism Adults from Birmingham University, a Diploma in Neurodiversity, Disordered Eating and Eating Disorders from (NEEDE) and has received training from Kelly Mahler in regards completing interoception assessments and the introception curriculum. El is also a Lead Trainer for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in autism and Learning Disabilities and has previously received accreditation from the National Autistic Society as a SPELL trainer. El recently received training from Dr. Claire Bates to enable her to deliver the Skills for Care, Supported Loving Pack and regularly attends the network to continue her learning. El qualified as a Job Coach in 2009 whilst managing a supported employment service for people who

have a mental health diagnosis, learning disability or autism. The supported employment service was co-produced and developed alongside experts with experience who sat on the senior management team of the service. These skills are likely to be utilised as the team of experts with experience grow.

El’s experience and knowledge has been lifelong, growing up in a neurodivergent household

Nick is a Lego therapist and the brain behind Stemgeneering with Nick and friends. Nick offers opportunities to learn the basics of engineering and mechanic’s  through play, at his weekly sessions. Nick’s lived experience of ADHD brings a wealth of knowledge, within the workplace as a mechanic, builder and business owner through to his true passion of being a dad.
